At Arodha Health Labs, we treat your diagnostic samples, test records, and medical reports with strict medical confidentiality. All patient test data is encrypted in transit and at rest in compliance with Indian digital health data standards.

2. Collection of Patient Details

We collect your full name, age, gender, phone number, address in Belagavi, and email address solely for the purpose of dispatching certified phlebotomists and transmitting your diagnostic test reports.

3. Report Transmission

Digital PDF reports are sent directly to the registered WhatsApp number and email provided during booking. You can also view or revoke your online report access at any time through your dashboard.
